Customer Service Representative - Customer Sales Associate NTB Employee Review

Upon hiring I was informed that every six months emoyees are given a raise or promotion based off of their work. I have been told on plenty occassions that I am doing very well and I have not received either. I am acting manager and still being told that I am not qualified.
