Pros
Very autonomous and horizontal work culture – employees are trusted to lead their own work. Open communication with managers, no rigid hierarchy. Excellent benefits: health insurance, event celebrations, and plenty of internal programs. All employees are provided with a personal PC and monitor at no cost. Well-designed cafeteria with free coffee, drinks, and snacks available any time. Strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout the office. Modern video conferencing systems in every meeting room. Flexible working hours that promote a healthy work-life balance. Dedicated rest areas with sofas, comfortable chairs, and massage chairs. Office location is very convenient – directly accessible from the subway. Inclusive systems in place to support women, people with disabilities, and other minority groups. Salary and benefits are always on time – extremely reliable and well-managed.
Cons
Some parts of the office felt a bit closed-off and had dim lighting. Limited restrooms for such a large space – can get crowded during busy hours. A few office chairs were uncomfortable. The refrigerator in the cafeteria was quite old and probably needs replacement.
