      Analysing communication channels and able to do administrative tasks

      Cons

      12 Hour shifts that are 4 days on, 4 days off (2 days, 2 nights) Will be working during the weekend and holidays if your shift lands on that day

      Management style not aimed to help employees Lack of compassion for employees when faced with difficult situations 'Face fits attitude' Those that kiss the management behinds get what they want! Anyone else forget it!
