Pros
Associates are given a large amount of responsibility right away. The company has a fun youthful workforce, and has grown very consistently through a very strong sales team. Change is constant, which is exciting. It constantly reshapes itself or acquires new companies to help meet its markets needs. The company has a flat organizational structure, and is really focused on listening to the needs of its clients.
Cons
Decisions usually have to go through 1 or 2 key leaders. This creates a bottleneck and prevents the company from being as agile as it otherwise could be. Career development is limited because of the flat organization. A couple associates get opportunities for new challenges, but it is limited for most.
