For anyone who has a growth mindset for their career, I’d look elsewhere. The organization unfortunately favors certain people for promotions, and has zero training pathway for any management level person even if you get one. The organization acts like it supports and values their employees, but greatly underpay compared to the competitors in the market (some of them by 2x as much). On top of that, they pride themselves on human understanding and listening to “every customer story”, but on the employee engagement surveys of 2021 that kept showing a worsening employee spirit, no upper level management seemed to be invested in listening whatsoever. Last thing that is a struggle for any young professional is when you are exposed to senior leaders gossiping about other leaders & the devaluing the strategic vision that is being preached to employees. Since most senior leaders are so detached from the daily tasks and function of the company, they remain unaware and seem to be happy keeping it that way. Such an uncomfortable and unstable culture.
