Pros
Trasys is probably the best company in Greece to work for EU projects. * CI and testing applied in all projects * Talented colleagues * Relatively good pay-check * Good life / work balance (in most projects) * Good working environment (new premises, approachable upper management) * Interesting technology stack (Spring, JavaEE, AngularJS, Camel)
Cons
* Working for EU institutions can become dull (not a Trasys issue per se) * There is an under-qualified minority in management who can make day-to-day life cumbersome
