steady flow of students, some nice staff

The pros were minimal. The people I worked with day to day at Newtown campus were lovely people and the students I taught were tough but I made a real difference to them.

The management were appalling. They were incredibly unsupportive and senior management facing and didn’t care at all about their staff. I was bullied, expected to cover multiple classes at once and when I eventually left they underpaid me by £2000. Their pay rates are ridiculous and they make savings on you by taking a 15 minute ‘break’ away from you in every 3 hour block. To say NPTC are corrupt and taking advantage of all their staff is an understatement. If you are looking to work for them, do not bother. They are by far the worst employers I have ever worked for.
