The salary is decent.. not great decent..

The office dynamic is very off balance, people have constant mood swings and sometimes can be uncomfortable. Most of the current employees have been there for over 10+ years and are constantly complaining about salaries. They offer "benefits" but don't contribute to your 401k and you have to pay for your own insurance. So do they really offer benefits? The technology is weak and any process takes forever so achieving task becomes difficult. All current employees are set in their ways and don't want change or growth.
