      Pros

      There are some positions that are work from hold, however in basic support that's no longer an option.

      Cons

      Most upper management doesn't actually listen to their employees. They'll hold meetings, however when given feedback they ignore or talk over the employee.

      Pros

      Virtual workforce allowing working from anywhere, some quality managers, the desire for the company to improve, flexible with time off when needed

      Cons

      Lack of adequate developers resulting in faulty product; lack of cohesive vision across executive team; too many "fire drills" revents work on longer term solutions
