      NOV is always trying new things. There were rarely dull moments while there.

      Cons

      Unfortunately NOV was hit super hard through all of the tumult of oil and gas fluctuations. It struggled to get its feet under it and it wore me out.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
