      None well insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      No stool's to get off feet even tho you work 12hr. 7 days. No talking, no break room they took them out.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
