      Pros

      National Oilwell Varco has always fostered a good balance of work and family. The company is consistently moving forward, and will be a force to be reckoned with in this industry for many years to come.

      Cons

      National Oilwell Varco seems to be a market follower on wages, but i dont have this info accross the board, so it may just be in my segment.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
