Pros
NOV is a great company that recognizes their employees' strengths, allowing for upward mobility. The company has an excellent benefits package with insurance, 401k ($1 for $1 matching) and even a discount through AT&T.
Cons
Commute can be long if one doesn't live on the north side of town. For lower level laborers, the primary method of recruitment was through staffing agencies, which can make it difficult to directly apply for a position.
