      Team work, support of upper management to HSE culture, company car is provided as well as company phone, online training courses and the opportunity to travel

      Communication among the different business units is a huge area for improvement and the chances for promotions are very minimal.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
