It is one of best places where you can learn a lot if you are just out of college. And especially if you want to be in one of those core Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical fields. You get to work along with people who have practically spent their lives at Nocil and gain a lot of knowledge from their experience. There are some people who are what I can refer to as walking encyclopedias of their fields. It was an immense pleasure working along with them. You get to make a lot of mistakes, which I believe won't be overlooked at a lot of places, but here they might be excused. And from these mistakes, you learn a lot of valuable lessons, which you wouldn't have learned, had you not committed them.

Politics does exist in almost every company. It was useful to be in good books of some "important" people unless you wanted your life to be screwed. There are some sycophants who used to get undue advantages, but then again, which company doesn't have them?
