I like that the company has enough funding for programs for children of all ages.

I cant think of anything that needs to be done.

The conference business is an exciting industry and the clients are terrific.

The owner is an insecure, indecisive manager who is afraid to delegate authority. Rather, she micromanages all employees, no matter their level. In addition, she is a poor role model inasmuch as she acts in a manner that is unacceptable to her at the employee level.
