Very encouraging towards fresh graduates, good pay & decent benefits out of college, and understanding during learning periods. Training is thorough and takes several months to complete, but once you prove yourself they are hands-off and allow independence. The culture is very collaborative and you will fit in as long as you are hard-working and keep a positive attitude. It is very easy to stay on management's good side.
