      Pros

      Great team based work environment where everyone feels more like a friend than a coworker. Hard work that is satisfying and many things to learn.

      Cons

      The pay doesn't seem to be great, perhaps I haven't been with the company long enough to see, but the very small number of employees with children really is a bit worrying when the owners seem perfectly flush with cash as a man seeking a career that can deliver the promise of having a family and a home one day.

      Pros

      You travel a lot but be ready to be expected to travel and god forbid you have a personal reason you can’t travel then the racist unqualified cousin will make an racist and also antisemitic comments behind your back to other employees

      Cons

      Where to start, family owned and family member played favorites despite a lot of character flaws and unappealing behaviors. The owner hides in his corner office and closes the door and pretends it doesn’t happen.
