I had a disappointing experience working with XYZ Company (NMDC UAE). They routinely hire on a contract basis and terminate employees with as little as one hour’s notice, without feedback or proper process. Job security is non-existent, and the work environment is unstable. Additionally, the HR department appears to be influenced by internal favoritism, with a group often referred to as a "Pakistani clique" maintaining control and supporting only select individuals. I was personally affected by this bias. I strongly recommend speaking to current or former employees before accepting any offer here.
