Pros
Good learning experience and responsibilities has been conferred too early in my case...free hand provided to execute projects in time without much interruption from seniors..salary wise too good..have seen my salary double in 5 years.. Medical benefits are huge for self and family complemented with other benefits too..
Cons
No cons as such..only the locations are a bit Remote and efforts can be put to develop the project locations to facilitate good family life.
