Pros
This company moves fast! I view this as a positive because it keeps employees very interested. The attitude is certainly work hard, play hard. Thirsty Thursdays in the summer, pickup soccer, awesome workout facilities, great employee discounts, terrific offices, fun peers and an agile attitude helped propel Nike to the top 100 companies to work for in a Businessweek review. Management communication is absolutely top-notch with all-employee meetings.
Cons
You've got to drink the Kool-Aid. You will be literally kicked off campus if you don't wear Nike shoes to work, or (worse yet) you bring a competitors' shoes. Secrecy is big and privacy is huge. You also have to constantly defend Nike against those who still think they use sweatshop labor (they don't).
