      good health insurance, people are generally nice

      Cons

      No perks, not even game tickets, lack of appreciation for employees, very hierarchical, old-school mentality, does not pay market

      Pros

      The managers were excellent, and the weekly Lunch & Learn sessions provided valuable opportunities to hear directly from leadership. It was a great environment for networking, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and inviting.

      Cons

      The internship compensation was limited, but the experience and learning opportunities made it worthwhile, and many would have gladly taken part even without pay.
