Pros

-Smart and passionate colleagues who are genuinely good people -Football being the subject matter of your work is fun -Huge brand recognition, opening doors for you anywhere else once you have it on your resume -People will think you have a really cool job (but you will be silently weeping on the inside with a smile on your face)

Cons

-The company is on a fast sinking downhill trajectory that seems impossible to stop, would highly encourage interested applicants to wait a year or two before joining -LA division is being primed to be sold in the coming year, causing very low morale with the threat of mass layoffs ahead -All employees were forced to return to work 5x a week with limited/no flexibility -HR is grossly incompetent and has turned over every single year with no recourse -There are no consistent policies for growth, raises, development, and more = impossible to be promoted on schedule -Contractors make up a significant portion of the workforce and are relied on like full-time employees but do not have benefits, paid holidays, etc.

Pros

The people make the place. Best people ever. Also obviously awesome if you love football

Cons

They make everyone part time because they say they don’t have enough money to give people benefits. They made $23 billion last year btw.
