Great first job and great work-life balance.

Market exit is not as strong as I would like

A great first job to get experience in the industry. You learn a lot on the job.

Senior leadership is petty. They play a lot of favorites. The company is not clear on what it takes to be promoted. There is not much upward mobility because people in higher levels never leave. The company is also doing away with its DEI initiatives ever since Trump got into office. It's sad.
