Pros
Handful of employees were great to work with
Cons
The pay is very low even though it is a small company it is not enough to live off of. The benefits aren't great even if it is just you on the plan. Management treats a piece of gum on the bottom of there shoe way better than they treat you. Management needs to go back to school to learn how to manage. Not enough work given. Majority of the time personal issues out weighs professionalism. Management talks down on you, comes in whenever they feel and leave whenever they want. You can't go to HR to discuss issues because then it'll get back to your manager and make things worse for you. If you ask HR questions she gives you the wrong information. There are so many turnovers within the company in the same departments and nothing gets done with management. They fire you with out investigating the situation. The only way you'll advance and get a great pay increase is who you hang out with (management).
