Pros
Good discount, employees get preview of sale items before they go on sale, good atmosphere in the store among colleagues, can offer up shifts online if you cannot do them.
Cons
They should treat staff better, despite having the highest retail turnover last year there has been no increase in salary. Constantly expecting more and more off staff. Have to book holidays months in advance and cant book holidays in July or December.
