Pros
Pros would be the daytime hours, 5 to 2:30 and I met some good people that were my coworkers
Cons
I worked for this company for 11 months and missed 1 day when my husband had a heart attack. Thats it. And I had no write ups. Now onto the cons...
1. DISHONEST! It's a lie when they state in their advertising they start at $15.00 and hour. To get that you have to work 3rd shift, not miss ANY days that havent been pre approved and been there 1 year.
HR does not work for the employees rather against them. HR locked us employees out because we were asking too many questions about all the lies from management and team leaders. HR told us we HAD to talk about any and all issues to our team leader from then on out!!
Tyler, one of the managers, tells you WHAT you want to hear not what's the truth, then when you call him on his lies he puts a target on you.
Would NEVER work there again, not for all the BS you have to put up with. It would be a good company if they knew how to be honest, but they all lie. Managets6, team leaders and HR.
