A liberal view towards compensation - deserving team members are compensated with praise, position, increased responsibilities, money, stocks and other perks. Struggling team members are provided all possible attention, training and motivation. Members who are not a good fit to the organization culturally, or do not wish to learn and evolve, are eventually let go off. 5. Full management support in creating a work-life balance

Fired 1 - 2 people in every week or month There is no HR, only single person who manage everything only 12 people in this company future is not secure. a lot of insecurity in every week old technologies get used. Politics and flattering Never join that kind of organization No time for learning and huge work pressure
