Pros
A great place to garner skills and the ability to multitask. If you are looking to gain some great skills and learn new things - try this place. But, don't stay too long.
Cons
The employees are overworked and not compensated properly. You are expected to wear many hats. They reward those who don't do their job and exxpect those that do to do double duty, sometimes triple. They have layoffs frequently and no one's job is secure.
