What a wast of potential - Senior Engineer NEC Corporation Employee Review

Very poorly managed company with many managers out for them self. It is all about feathering there own nest. Over twenty years I had seen many talented people either quit or made redundant due to personality conflicts with management. Most the good people end up leaving while the ones who suck up to the managers or the lazy people who don't care and won't speak up keep there jobs. There is a good reason why NEC has been in a downward spiral for the last 15 years. There is not much that could save this company now due to the depth of the problems. Work somewhere else if you value your carrier.
