Cons
Office politics has been an issue in the past, but it's something you just get used to working around. If you're committed to your workflow, and you stay out of the gossip, you will be fine.
Leadership doesnt always delegate a clear organizational structure which makes it hard to push projects forward. This is because there is not much managerial oversight in the reward/ discipline departments, so naturally incentivizing good work ethics and habits are hard to actuate as a manager that doesnt always have the support they need from the owners.
730am start time is EARLY, but you get used to it
You have to be okay with being in a startup environment where things are sometimes tense and people arent always onboard with your vision, sometimes leaving you frustrated. (But research that is presented IS respected, so the owners ARE getting better at listening to "the facts"/ data that supports your "vision"/ recommendations).
