Pros
An opportunity for a 22 year old college graduate who is willing to make a next to nothing salary, but transition into an 8-5 full-time job-- it's still acceptable to be immature, unprofessional, and dramatic at this company.
Cons
Embarassed to say I briefly worked for this company-- no structure, no organization, and no leadership whatsoever. An experienced professional would never be able to make the transition into this company. High level of immaturity, lack of professionalism and integrity, and no sense of business acumen. The backbone of the company is in the hands of 22-24 year old's which make the "tech expo's" a nightmare, but the company thinks it's ok to be unprepared and " do thing's on the fly." Meanwhile, reputable companies with true professional's suffer the consequences. Last, a skilled professional would never settle for the measly salary or "comission structure" set forth. Not to mention, after working for a company where a budget was endless, a true professional would never settle for being nickled and dimed. I have never seen such a disasterous organization.
