      Pros

      Aggressive company that breaks ground in innovative areas. Very good C level management.

      Cons

      Senior management (company owners) have zero people skills. 1 level down are outstanding and have to deal unreasonable and often changing goals and requirements. It’s easy to draw the ire of the owners for nothing and when you do your days are numbered. I do not approve of the CEO.

      Pros

      Some people there are good. They just don’t know it can be better somewhere else.

      Cons

      You’re safe if you’re family or friend of the owners. Serious nepotism and gender discrimination. The owner micromanages every piece of the business. Employees are not empowered.
