Pros
If you are from South and can speak their language then it is good, else god save you. Developers won't understand your emails or lodged tickets. And via phone you will take almost forever to make them understand a simple issue. At the same time, client continuously will be calling and escalating for that same issue. 👏👏👏
Cons
Only one person is hired for pan India support. Days when there is minimum to none issues, you are safe. But if there is issue major one which effects the daily activities then there is no one to divide the work, co-ordinating with developers for resolving the issue which takes forever, client will be calling from pan India with other issue. No help from Chennai head office. It's a job you need to do on your own. And forget about taking leave, you can guess why😅
