Pros
Very flexible with work schedule, and will work with you. They also hire every level employees which is great for students fresh out of college or if you are switching careers. Decent benefits and paid holidays.
Cons
Compensation. They pay WAY below the industry standard and raises/“promotions” are a joke. The second bigger con is that everyone is related. Everybody who works is either married or related and the direct effect is there are people in management positions that have no buisness being there. Employees feel the biggest loss because they are not being probably trained or managed. They have a high turnover rate and cannot keep any new employees. So don’t plan on moving up in the company unless you are married to a project manager.
