      NCGS provides a great level of autonomy. Very little micro-management. Supplies employee with copious tools and conference opportunities to ensure you are enabled to meet your goals and targets.

      Nice people. Beautiful campus. Centrally located so it is easy to walk places.

      Cons

      Pay to park is a bit silly. Invest in science and admin. Currently only investing in admin.
