Pros
Great platform to start a carrier as Graduate Engineer Trainee for a technical people. Among the all the construction companies, NCCL can hire the freshers in a large numbers. Salaries will be given on time when compare to the other companies.
Cons
Only one thing i have noticed that staff Increments are very low....which means the personal growth is like snails walk.....and also the increments will be given on the based on designation and experience but not on the performance....
