* micro-management and treating you like a child * say anything to the senior management team and it will be used against you and put in your HR file! * only interested in selling and not providing enough time for delivery * general ethos, if you do something wrong, everyone will know! * expected to travel on Sunday * if you don't answer emails in your own time, you will have a nice email waiting for you from the director * senior management have not respect to their direct reports * you only get promoted depending on you friendly you are with the associate directors, nothing else. * CEO is only interested uploading pictures on Twitter about the traffic jams and complaining and airlines!
