Pros

2015-2022 It was a place to learn

Cons

NCC Group in the US as initially established in 2010s was a place that fostered learning and deep security analysis. Some really smart people used to work there, you could learn a lot. At some point, the board decided that this model doesn't make enough money. They replaced the previous CEO (Adam) and put in a new CEO (Mike). This resulted in a change of course - technical work and research are no longer a priority. Nowdays, it's all about trying to sell cheap service to a massive amount of clients. If you're a technically oriented person, NCC Group is no longer for you. If you're a potential customer who's looking for strong security analysis, this place is no longer for you.

Acknowledging the impact of these changes on employees and clients is essential for fostering transparency and maintaining trust across the organisation. We appreciate you sharing your perspective.
