Pros
Great exposure to a huge range of products & services within the Cyber market.
Cons
I have waited some months before writing this, to make sure it factual and non-emotional: - There is literally zero career progression, it doesn't mean this is a terrible place to work, but this needs to be remembered. - One of the key reasons for this is Success is never defined, or when it is, it is changed on a whim: 'be strategic, we want long term annuity deals' followed by 'why has the day to day run rate business dried up, sell more small deals'. It is not unusual for you to receive a Target &/or Accounts 5/6+ months into a year. - There are many layers of management mean communication is like Chinese whispers and getting a straight/timely answer is near impossible. Feedback is poor for the exact same reason making it hard to improve. - It is the very definition of an 'Old Boys Club' despite listing Diversity as a key value, the entire board bar 1 was a privately educated white male between c45-55. Who hire people in their own image, with whom they have worked with in the past for senior roles. - I dont particularly like singling individuals out as I think its a wider cultural problem where authority cannot be questioned and decisions are made behind close doors, however the UK/RoW MD is the driving force behind this and is a toxic influence on the business.
