Pros
Some of the people are great and the leaders have been investing in systems and trying to improve processes and be more efficient
Cons
There are issues that seem to have got worse. Key people exhibit really poor behaviours and are disruptive which seems to be both enabled and allowed. Sales targets constantly changing and mixed messaging and comms. Chaotic environment and bullying behaviours are a norm and the negativity has a real impact and resulted in losing good people. Nobody seems to listen when issues are raised. Buzzwords are everywhere but mean nothing and HR/ leaders don't seem to really do anything to change things, no one seems happy to be there, people just seem to be there for their paycheck. Not very staff focused, all about numbers.
