Pros
Very laid back atmosphere and most employees are friendly. You can wear shorts and sandals during summer. Company outings.
Cons
There was very little training, yet high expectations. On the surface the culture seems great, but over time you realize it was false advertising to cover up the dysfunction. There are only people who have worked there 10+ years or brand new people. They have a 100% turnover every 2-3 years.
