Pros
Coworkers were nice to work with.
Cons
Very nasty upper "management". Everything you do is micromanaged. They talk down to you. They will scold at you in the hall and completely try and embarrass you (when in reality, they are the ones looking like the fool). Very rude. Childish behavior. Spoiled brat managers. Unprofessional. Spiteful. Disrespectful. Insulting. Degrading. Suspicious of everyone. No trust in the employees they HIRE. (And no, I am not a disgruntled employee, these are just truths.) Mostly all the positive reviews on the site are from managers trying to do damage control. Employees have been asked to leave positive reviews. If owner is having a bad day she will take it out on EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE. It's so nasty. All her aggression is put on the kind employees. High turnover. Everyone wants out. They treat grown adults like children. Some employees have to send an email EVERYDAY of what they will be doing. They are there WORKING for YOU. Why do you think they come in everyday 8:30-5! To work. They act like you're doing something else all the time. God forbid you talk to someone. You'll get scolded. You'll have the owner creep up behind you and ask you EMBARRASSING questions like "What are you talking about?" comments made such as "Oh, you must not be busy". PEOPLE COMMUNICATE. That's how you build positive morale. This is not a slave camp. You're expecting to sit at your desk the entire day and NOT MOVE and DONT SPEAK! Because if you are, thats gossiping and you must need more work. When you put notice in to leave, they will completely ignore you (even though you worked for them for all that time. Very rude, disrespectful, and childish) Save your sanity. Management makes it stressful for no reason at all. " Champions of Caring", yet they treat their employees like trash. Disgraceful
