Digital advertising affecting the bottom line makes upper management crack the whip on sales Low morale because of no job security Constant restructuring People stabbing backs to save themselves from being laid off There's many people clamoring to leave because of the toxic environment Lots of secrecy Do not trust HR No bonus until director level Hard to move up If you want a decent raise, you need to leave the company Digital is a mess
