Great pension scheme, internal initiatives like Cares Day is great and celebrating different cultures. CSG office is a great/ central location; good views of London.

Cons

The most senior management don't know how poor some of the SVP/VP management are.

NBCUniversal offers an excellent work-life balance in a low-pressure, supportive environment with friendly colleagues. The projects are interesting and have an impact on a broad audience, and the company provides a stable workplace.

Cons

The pace of execution can be slow, strategic direction and priorities are not always clear, and opportunities for promotion and career advancement are relatively limited.
