      Pros

      The people who work there are generally kind, friendly and genuine. Aside from upper management, the whole team is welcoming and down-to-earth.

      Cons

      Management will make a lot of promises, but unless you are constantly advocating for yourself, you won't advance your career here. They also utilize temps who work full-time with no benefits, paid time off, etc.

      Pros

      They will train you in anything you are interested in. There Can be a lot of free time at times. People are Nice

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for career growth in my department. There can be a lot of off time some days, which can make the day drag. The pay isn't much for living in Connecticut. I feel like a lot of talented people are under utilized or overlooked all together.
