      - Salary (once you’ve graduated, IF YOU GRADUATE)

      Cons

      - Fail an exam and you’re straight out the door, pretend to go through a fair process to offer you a second chance but this barely happens from what I’ve seen - Expect you to teach most of the material to yourself

      Remote work is allowed and tools are given to make it easy to do that.

      Not a lot of upward mobility.
