Poor communication and feedback on job performance. I was let go w/o any warning whatsoever or any feedback on my performance even though they knew there were people counting on me on the home front based on information provided behind my back. A snivling Project Lead was in the Sr. Manager's ear and they let me go on a whim instead of handling things on a more level headed manor. Pay was mediocre as a contractor so it would obviously be worse as an FTE. Another company with no future that expects you to "pay" for your benefits. I thought NAMM/United Health Group was much better but it turned out to be a disappointment. No wonder they always have a lot of job openings. I should have known.
