I really loved working at NAEA. The EVP has high standards for the team, but everyone does so much to support you in your career. The team is positive, and employees are treated with fairness. I felt like I was valued.

It's a small association and there wasn't really anywhere for me to go after a few years there. It was a very hard decision to leave.

As a small organization, issues you are responsible for can trickle down to other workstreams which can affect the overall output especially if a misstep occurs. Do not get leadership or the board on their bad side--you will regret doing so.
