Pros

There are none that apply.

Cons

Know that working at Nadri will not* help you grow your career, This company has absolutely no room for title growth or promotions, as a matter of fact you'd be lucky to get a raise. You could work your bottom off and no one will notice - unfortunately. It is a family owned company, all the "higher-up" positions are taken by family members (regardless if this family member is educated in the assigned job title). Also know that this company has a quick revolving-door while, as it turns out, is very well known among other jewelry company's... meaning it doesn't benefit your resume and future job search. Overall the work environment isn't motivational to say the least. No room for growth, No room for suggestions, And no opportunity for education/ or development. The location is incredibly inconvenient, in a very quite area of NJ, In a very poorly maintained building located on a steep hill off a traffic filled highway. And as a side note, The company have been sued numerously for various issues, perhaps it was underage labor and firing people with no reason, but they will also try to sue anyone and everyone if you get in their way, so much for freedom of speech.

Pros

Solid schedule. No overtime. Parking within the company (open and enclosed area). Starbucks near the company but you have to walk 10mins to get to the location.

Cons

There's no such thing as "management team" within the company and teams do not work together. Each department is extremely segregated and you can go on months without interacting with other colleagues. The "management team" is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They do not care for your well being or display any compassion on any matter whatsoever. Inefficient work process (the process doesn't make any sense at all). Poor work environment (no talking, no interacting, no breaks, no lunch over 30mins, no food on and around desk, no personal items on and around desk). No official Human Resource within the company. No growth within the company. The commute is horrendous from NYC.
